How do self-paced courses work?

Once you register for a self-paced course:

• You have 6 months to complete the course
• The course has lessons and lessons have video based lectures from the Trainer and some activity associated with the learning
• The activities will usually be on a Miro Board or a Google Sheet
• For Certification courses, at the end of the course, you will meet with the Trainer for 4 hours where the Trainer will
  • Answer your questions
  • Review your work on Miro Board and Google Sheet for completeness
  • Complete any other course requirements
  • Register you
• No refunds
  • Self-paced course is not refundable

How do I cancel a live online class or request a refund?

Our cancellation and refund policy is simple:

• Discounted Price
  • Discounted Purchase (using discount code or through “Name Your Price”), is not refundable
• Regular Price
  • Before 30 days – Full refund (credit card transaction fees apply)
  • Less than 30 days – Full refund after deducting the incidental/logistics cost (typically less than $200/-)
  • Less than 15 days – No refund

How do I move to another live online class?

Our change policy is as follows:

• We let you change the dates once, subject to following timelines
• Before 21 business days – Change of dates allowed at no cost
• 20 business days or less – 100 USD of incidentals apply for change of dates
• 11 business days or less – 200 USD incidentals apply for change of dates
• 6 business days or less – No change allowed
• Change of type of class (For example from CSM to CSPO) is allowed with payment of price difference, before 20 days, and counts towards one allowed change

Does the CSM Registration fee include CSM test fees?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, your CSM registration fees includes your Scrum Alliance CSM test fees as well as 2 years of Scrum Alliance membership fees.
